In a cacao ceremony we honor and use the heart-opening, gentle and maternal energy of Ceremonial Cacao to make room for everything that deserves our loving attention.
A moment to pause, to give yourself a moment of relaxation and reflection. To open up to what your heart whispers to you. The whisper that is always there, but of which you are often unaware in everyday life because of your noisy mind.
During this ceremony I will share some background information about the medicine, we will drink and honor Ceremonial Cacao together, I will guide you through meditations & visualizations, we will enjoy music and moments of silence and there will be the opportunity to share what is alive for you or rises during the ceremony.

The loving, motherly energy of Ceremonial Cacao helps people to open up to that which wants to be seen, heard or felt, which is welcome for everyone’s process being entered into. Cacao contains the stimulant PEA, which causes a deeper feeling of love and connection and thus promotes experiencing a connection with each other.
A cacao ceremony is a 2-3 hour ceremony, similar to what I describe as “regular” group ceremonies. A cacao sharing is a shorter intentional moment to share Ceremonial Cacao and connect with the heart, to enter a workshop or activity (for example ecstatic dance) from there.
I will adjust the precise content, timing and duration of the cacao ceremony or cacao sharing to the specific wishes and needs of and for the group.

Also in a 1:1 ceremony, the heart-opening, motherly energy of cacao will make room to pay attention to what needs your loving attention.
In this private setting I will create a safe space for you so that you dare to open up completely to discover what wants to be seen, felt and heard. Unconditional, loving attention to everything there is. Everything is welcome, YOU are welcome.
It is also possible to have this intimate cacao ceremony together with 1-2 people you love.
